It was like the player tries to rplay the disk but after a while nothing happened, so I tried to update the software but it displayed an error during installation something about it couldn't find a dll file in the mediasmart dvd folderI tried to uninstall it but the same problem was displayed.
I tried multiple installs and re-installs but couldn't get it to work. Next, for some strange reason, TouchSmart became totally inaccessible. If someone were to find a solution to this one I would be surprised.
